Coach's Comments
Afrah had a phenomenal camp. Her work rate was fantastic and her athleticism showed greatly. I loved how involved Afrah was in the attack and her ability to serve the ball with both her right and left feet. She was a pleasure to work with and has a bright future ahead.
Communicate with your backline. - You were great going forward and getting into the attack but I believe you could be more of a leader on the back line. As forwards are shifting and center-mids are getting involved in the attack, your back line needs to communicate when to pass players and when to stay with. You understand and read the game well you just need to verbalize it.
Getting Stronger. - You have great speed which made up for some of the times you got beat in tackles. If you can get yourself stronger physically you will have a tremendous opportunity to play at a high level.
Be more physical in the air. - While you were willing to go up for headers- which is great- if you are able to put on a little more muscle your balance and physicality in the air will be another great weapon.

Coach's Comments
Afrah Khan was one of the best players out of the EXACT Florida camp and was able to showcase a wide set of skills. Her work ethic, work rate, and her defensive capabilities are really what brought many to watch her play. She showcased her passion and love for this game and will excel at the next level under the right circumstances.
We loved seeing your passion even missing shots in the attack but you need to focus on using it to improve and not allow it to destroy your game - When you allowed those missed shots to take your mind out of the game you let it crumble what made you effective, your passion that your brought to your teammates. No matter the level that your teammates come from you have to keep a strong mind and keep fueling the fire to be great.
Finishing is at every position now in the game - Being even an effective holding midfield player or wing player, you will still see many chances for opportunities to have a shot on goal. When your near the 18 and have very little pressure, don't be afraid to have a long shot and always remember "placement over power", always focus on making an accurate shot before even worrying about power.
Your an extremely effective player, now be vocal - Even dealing with new teammates, you have to develop the ability to give simple and effective commands. As you improve your communication, many of your teammates will be able to play off your energy and you wont have to work so hard. Remember to let the ball do the work and play simple and effective.

Afrah Khan is a great outside back that has a lot of great potential. Her ability to play both sides of the ball makes her valuable; not only being able to defend but also love to join the attack by making runs into the attacking 3rd is a big plus to her game. She has a high IQ for the game, very coachable, and is a joy to be around.
Dribbling - Make sure to be aware to read when its time to dribble and time to pass especially out of your defending half of the field.
Reading the game - We spoke about reading when to get forward into the attack if your player has pressure on their back and/or has no support under then you shouldn't get forward.
Nothing for mental. - We have to pick something for mental, be more vocal is my recommendation you are a very strong mental player.

Afrah is the prime candidate for an elite program. Her coach ability and drive sets her apart from other players her age. She has great game vision and the ability to move the ball from the back line quickly. She is a dynamic players whose fundamentals will shine over other recruits in her position.
COMMUNICATION is KEY! - Af, your communication from he back line will set the tone for your teammates. Remember hey hey & yeah yeah are not communication words. Be the director to your team, update your soccer terminology and be specific.
Resistance to stress - Our post camp talk you talked about how hard you are on yourself. Make sure you stay confident and mentally strong. You will not perfect games every time, focus on the positives and work hard to improve your weaknesses everyday!
Be big and strong - Get shoulder to shoulder with opponents. Let them know you are there to play and compete! don't be afraid to make a statement by being physical.
